Michelle Coady Selected as Guest Lecturer at National Business Institute
Coady educates area attorneys and businessmen on effective collection and enforcements of judgments

Michelle Coady will be one of several attorneys from the Central Illinois Area lecturing area attorneys and professionals on effective debt collection, while staying in compliance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. The lecture will take place in Springfield, Illinois is May 2010. Coady will address the use of judgment liens on real and personal property, self-help repossession, writs of execution, seizure and sale by sheriff, wage garnishments and attachments and the handling of post-judgment legal concerns.
